A comparison between Online and Offline learning

Comparisons between online and offline learning are at their peak right now. The covid Era has forced all of us to study at home. While there are many differences in both online and offline learning. In this article, we will show you that comparison.

Location

The first and the most basic difference between online and offline learning is its location. In offline learning, you learn by going to your respective institutes. While in online learning, you get the facility to learn anywhere in your home, a park, or even a restaurant. You just have to join the class irrespective of your location. So in this comparison, online learning seems better than offline learning. Let’s do more comparisons and see which one is better than the other.

Student-Teacher interaction

Another big difference between these two types of learning is student-teacher interaction. If you study offline, then you and the teacher interact directly face-to-face. The student can see what the teacher is teaching and ask questions related to the topic. He focuses more on the study than other stuff. While in online learning, the students do not have a good interaction with their teachers. They do not have any fear as their teacher can not punish them, so they do not focus on their study. We have seen many questions related to online classes such as “How to take my online class ?”. The students do not know anything about online classes. They do not get to interact with their teacher. A student must know that in order to take my online course, I must study hard, and to study hard I must take my online class seriously. Because if you do not take your classes regularly you won’t be having good grades in the end.

Monitoring

In offline classes, teachers take strict actions for the sake of discipline in the class. They monitor all the movements of students and take action accordingly. This makes students obey their teachers and work hard. While in online classes, the teachers can only yell at the students. They can not control the whole class, they can not see who is not focusing on the class. Students do not even take their courses seriously. This is a reason why offline study is better than online study.

Exams

When students appear in a physical exam, they get monitored by their teacher. The teachers make sure that the students do not cheat. They do not let the students break discipline. But in online exams, students use “take my online exams ” services on internet browsers and find the solution to the respective questions. The teachers can barely make sure that the students do not cheat. The students take this opportunity and do not study at all. This will affect their future lives in a bad way. So in this way offline exams are better.

If we do a general comparison, then we can say that physical learning is the best way of learning. The students can learn best physically. Online classes are cheap though, but they are ruining the future of this generation. Being a student, it is your job to study well for your future so it does not matter which type of classes you are taking if you are focusing on your study well.
